AthBoost ("we", "us", or "our") operates the AthBoost mobile and web application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data.

Information We Collect

• Google Account: Name, email address, and profile picture via Google Sign-In.
• Garmin / Strava Data: Activity history, training metrics, and athlete profile when you connect your account.
• Usage Data: App interactions used to improve the coaching experience.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide personalized AI-powered training suggestions.
• To sync workouts to Garmin Connect and Strava.
• To send push notifications about your training plan.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on AWS (DynamoDB) in the US East region. Garmin and Strava credentials are encrypted using AWS KMS.

Third-Party Services

We use Google Sign-In for authentication, Garmin Connect API and Strava API for activity data, and Anthropic's Claude API for AI coaching suggestions.

Data Retention

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@athboost.com.
